Hello kids,

I have a site nearly ready to reserve, I just want to get a rough estimate of people who will go at the next chapter meeting. The site we will be using is the Heritage Reservation, and we will be staying at the Potomac Homes. They each house 20 people, and are $400. I might ask brothers to pay $5 to $10 to cover some of the cost, in addition to gas expenses.

Brotherhood Retreat Empty UPDATE

The documentation and deposit have been submitted. We will be providing our own food, as their prices for meals are pretty expensive. If there is anyone who would be willing to help me out with pricing out food/making it, that would be awesome. We will have two kitchens to cook/prepare food in.
