Reminders for AM Meeting on 2/24

Know the Chapter officers and be able to write one of their responsibilities:
"A" - Pat O'Donnell:
-runs Chapter meetings
-goes to IFC meetings
-is on ABT and attends their meetings (alumni board of trustees).
"B" - Ari Hamilton:
-Runs Executive board meetings
-oversees the Chairs
-selects the chair positions each semester
"C" - Alex Vallejo:
-takes minutes for Chapter meetings as well as Executive board meetings
-enforces the attendance policy.
"D" - CJ Stavrakos:
-collects Brother/AM dues.
-Responsible for overseeing all of the Chapter's funds and financial records.
-Puts together a budget each semester to be approved by ABT and then the Chapter.
-Is a member of ABT
"E" - Joe Molisani:
-Writes the Chapter Newsletter
-submits materials to be put into the Delta Chi Quarterly
-Notifies Alumni of Chapter events and goals
"F" - Matt Gallo:
-The Ritualist
-Enforces FIPG
-Enforces and Reviews the Risk Management Policy Statement and the Judicial Board Policy
Recruitment Chair - Zach Stuck:
-Plans, develops, and conducts the Chapters recruitment endeavors in Rush
Social Chair - Austin O'Keane:
-Plans the social calendar for each semester
-responsible for notifying the Chapter of all social activities
Associate Member Counselor - Jilan Kurlansky:
-Drafts the Associate Member Program for the term
-Responsible for educating the Associate Members according to the guidelines of the Associate Member Program
Junior Associate Member Counselor - Brandon Barndt:
-on the Associate Member committee with the AMC
-responsible for assisting the AMC
House Manager - Clay Hessler:
-Purchases supplies for the house
-responsible for maintaining a clean environment in the house
-able to give fines to members who do not complete their required duties to clean up the house.


International Officers:

*Don't need to know this for quiz, but to clear up confusion...* The "BB" is Chapter specific. In our case, our "BB" is Dr. Tim. Technically it's not an international officer, so that's why he's not included in the list above.
